I have a project with many files but the cache size is sufficiently large
to accomodate it. During the first 10% of the index build, a particular
symbol (let's call it class Q) is found in the index but sometime later
symbol Q is no longer available. Is there a way that I can control this
behaviour? I am using the fast indexer.
