I know this is gonna sound noob, but it is driving me crazy. I have =
Eclipse SDK 3.3.1.1 and CDT 4.0.2 and MinGW. When I build in Eclipse I =
get. =20

mingw32-g++.exe -IC:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.3\include -O0 -g3 =
-Wall -c -fmessage-length=3D0 -oAtomic\Debug_Gen.o =
...\Atomic\Debug_Gen.cpp

Internal Builder: Exec error:The system cannot find the file =
specified.

The file is cannot find in the mingw32-g++.exe. If I go to a cmd =
window the path is fine. I have added c:\MinGW\bin everywhere in the =
Eclipse SDK I can think off. It works fine at work (version might be =
slightly different). =20

What gives. =20

Are you sure about that? Sometimes "The system cannot find the file
specified" can mean that the .exe was found but it failed to load an
expected DLL.
