Several times in the last couple of weeks I've tried to complete a scan
for updated features, and it almost always (I think) fails with:

Network connection problems encountered during search.
Unable to access "http://update.eclipse.org/updates/3.2".
Error parsing site stream. [White spaces are required between publicId
and systemId.]

It takes a very long time to get to this point, so it's annoying for it to
fail after all that time.

Is this a known problem?
