did the shortcut keys for "View Report in Report Viewer" (CTRL+SHIFT+B),
"View Report as PDF" (CTRL+SHIFT+R) and "View Report as HTML" (CTRL+SHIFT+H)
change from Birt 2.1.1 to Birt 2.2M2?

I see that there is a new menu entry "View Report" in the menu "File" and
the 3 "View Report" items were moved to the submenu.
