CVS 1.11.4 + WSAD 5.1.1 questions [message #202245] |

Hi, I don't quite know which version of eclipse IBM's WSAD 5.1.1 is
based on, but in that version, eclipse's CVS support is behaving oddly.
1. If you do a cvs import, 1.11.4 (on AIX) creates 1.1 and 1.1.1.1 as
the vendor branch. If you then bring such an imported module into the
workspace with "Create as Project" or "Create module".. eclipse's cvs
shows the version tag as 1.1.1.1 rather than 1.1 even though the latter
is the HEAD version. If you change it and commit it it does increment
the version as 1.2 -- so I suspect it's a display issue (I see the
1.1.1.1 tag next to the resource name on the tree browser on the left).
2. Switching file types fails if the path contains a file name with a
space in it. Unfortunately WSAD creates images and web content in a
folder called "Web Content" -- and attempting to invoke the switch file
type operation fails with "File name Content not found".
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks in advance.
ps. if you could cc your reply to sundar@ascent.com I'd appreciate it.

Neither of these are known issues so you should log bug reports.
