Hi,
I have created a plug-in using eclipse CDT extension.
That works fine as an eclipse Application. I exported
the plugin as zip file.
I created a directory in my home named eclipse_config.
Inside this directory I created an eclipse/ directory.
Inside eclipse directory I created two directories:
plugins/ and features. I also created a .eclipseextension
file which has the following data.
name=Eclipse MyPlatform
id=org.eclipse.MyPlatForm
version=1.0.0
I installed eclipse in a new site and from Help->Manage Configuration
I included the eclipse site in my home.There is no features.xml in my
features directory.But the "Find and Install" resulted in adding the
MyPlatform plugin into the plugin details and also config details
reflected the existance of this plugin. I restarted eclipse but the
plugin does not work. Any reasons?
Kindly help.

Regards,
Rekha
