I am not sure what the project view is but in the Package Explorer, use the
view dropdown menu > Filters> Select the elements to exclude from the view >
References libraries

1. Bring down the "triangle" menu.
2. Select "Filters..."
3. Scroll down and check "Referenced Libraries".

This should hide all referenced libraries that reside on the Java Build
Path.

Like the two told you and/or, if you want to hide all jars add:
Name Filter Patterns: *.jar
