Hello,

Is there any way to highlight occurrences of the selected element in the
code (like it's in Java) for variables, types, methods, etc?

Got to the menu Search->C/C++ Search or right click in the editor and
select References.

Hello,

actually it's not what I meant. Like Java code style has an advantage to
highlight all occurrences of selected element I thought there's something
similar for cdt4, but not Search.

Well, every occurrence that is found is highlighted.
