Update manager keeps prompting even though update installed [message #187622]

This was discussed at length a week or two back - check the newsgroup
message archives to see what was the resolution (IIRC, a bug report was
entered and is being addressed).

I got that too and so far I've just unchecked "check for uodates at
start" in the settings.
