Hi,

There have been couple of topics on filtering out options/views, etc.
I hope my question is not a repeat (couldn't locate a related post
anywhere).

I have developed a feature-based product, the includes features being:
org.eclipse.rcp
org.eclipse.platform
org.eclipse.cdt
myFeature

myFeature has plug-ins built based on CDT/MBS, due to which CDT-related
options are visible in my perspective.
Due to plug-in dependencies, the CDT plug-ins have to be part of the
required plug-ins list.

One such case is:
When I create a new Managed make C project, the 'Project Types' drop-down
list shows CDT project types along with project types from my perspective.
How can I filter out these extras.
Is it safe to modify the related CDT plugin? Is there any other approach?

Thanks,
Delicia.
