CPU doesn't support the debugger [message #182160]

You might try using a newer CDT (e.g. 4.0Mn) to see if that helps. I
worked on a similar problem for PowerPC 64 Linux.

To use the newer CDT, you'll need the latest Eclipse milestone - 3.3M4 I
think.
