Anchor in anypoint in a specific figure's side [message #180217]

Hi everbody.

I'm trying to create an Anchor that can be place in any point of a specfic
side of a figure. Ex: Anypoint in the top of an rectangle.

Does anybody know how to do that? Can I create a set of FixedAnchors to
solve that problem? How?
