Could it be provided for download at its current state in the Babel project?
I am also using its latest SF state and agree, functionality is
sufficient at least for its original task, Property ResourceBundles...
As Babel committing member I heard about the time conflicts key
contributors suffer from right now. I was approached by another
committing member who helped WTP wheter he could contribute here, but at
the moment I have not heard much of him either.

This is also true for me.
Just a convenient download of the current state would be very helpful.
Mylyn integration would be nice...

Well, I had some ideas on that like a "Translation Context", maybe worth
discussing it with the Mylyn team or newsgroup... ?;-)
