Internationalization tools question [message #16023] Wed, 07 May 2003 00:23

I know about the Externalize Strings Wizard, and the non-externalized
strings warning in JDT. However that doesn't cover a lot of cases of bad
i18n style such as concatenations and non-localized methods. In fact in 2.1
it works entirely on a tokenization basis (looking for strings and comments)
without much language awareness. Is anyone working on beefing up the Java
i18n support in Eclipse, or know of some good external tools that could be
used in conjunction with Eclipse? Thanks.
