Using a progress bar in a wizard (where to start) [message #168189] Tue, 09 December 2003 11:49

I have a wizard and on one of the middle pages a task is performed to
populate a list on the next page and this can take some time.
I therefore want some way of displaying a progress bar on the wizard so the
user knows something is happening.
I've seen loads of javadoc about IProgressMonitor and other such items but
its all so confusing and I still don't know what should subclass what
and how to get it all working.

Does anyone have some example code or can point me in the direction of an
article that explains the process from start to finish in a clear way?

Thanks
