Eclipse does not support column-based editing, but you may
vote for following bug:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=19771

There are also two plugins, which add some column editing support to
Eclipse:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/lunar-eclipse/
