Callisto?! [message #165911] Thu, 16 March 2006 01:13 Go to next message

Hello,

The Callisto M5 Build is officially announced on the eclipse main page but
no accompanying CDT (3.1M5?) in sight?
Will there be a Callisto M5 release for CDT?

Best regards

Franz

Um, the CDT is part of Callisto. If you hook up to the Callisto update
site, you'll see the CDT there.

Cheers,
Doug

What i mean is that i cannot find a downloadable zip file (as is provided
for all other eclipse projects).
Only update manager can be used as it seems.
Also the callisto main page http://www.eclipse.org/projects/callisto.php
says for CDT
No Status Information
and the Get started with C/C++ IDE link points only to the main project page
(this link was broken before a presumable non CDT guy corrected it in this
way).
It would be nice if you could find some spare time to provide a callisto/M5
zip to the community and correct/update the callisto page.

Thanks and best regards

Franz

After download and installation of "Callisto R3.2M6" there's only the empty
"The Eclipse Project update site" available for "Update sites to visit".
Why is the pre installed update site for the "Callisto simultanous release"
empty and not filled with the all the parts of Callisto?

Best regards,
John
