For whatever reason when I try to put in breakpoints when running a unit
test a box pops up and says that it can't find the breakpoint because I
don't have any line attributes. Why is it saying this and how do I fix it?

Who/what is generating the classfile?

For the Eclipse compiler see Window>Preferences>Java>Compiler>Classfile
Generation>Add line number attributes to generated class files
