Hello All

I am a recent convert to Eclipse, primarily for PIC18 coding (but others=
=

may follow). I found a reference to a plug-in for the mcc18 compiler =

(Microchip tools), which now works well with CDT,

-but- I use a managed makefile, and the result doesn't understand the =

dependency of .o files on included .h files.

There are some other issues, but that is the irritating one I would like=
=

to sort out first.

I am running Windows XP Pro SP2, Eclipse 3.1.1, CDT 3.0.1, and the =

attached plug in copied to the plugins directory. I can create a new =

C/C++ project for the Microchip C18 compiler, and of I go. Most function=
s =

work as expected (one or two anomalies but Ill get on to those later.

make all is run on each file write, but nothing is compiled when a .h fi=
le =

is written.

Any thoughts gratefully received.
