Jalopy plugin very slow? [message #161659]

Why does it seem to take a minute or longer for the Jalopy plugin to format
a single file? I am in the editor, select Format with Jalopy, and it takes a
very long time. If I select a folder and format with jalopy, that is
actually faster. Anyone else see this?
