BIRT 2.0 Performance issues [message #160660] |

Hi,
Currently I am using BIRT 2.0 for generating my reports. I am using
Scripted data source for generating reports.
When the data is large in the report, I am getting 'OutOfMemoryException -
Java Heap Space'. When I use JProfiler to check whether any memory leaks,
it shows me the report design is itself occupying lot of memory.
When we increased the java heap size it is working fine. But our client is
not agreed with the solution.
If I search through the web, they suggested us to reduce the number of
data elements. But in some reports it is not possible because we are using
grouping reports.
Please suggest me is there way to resolve this issue?
Thanks in Advance,
Mahesh.

That's a pretty specific question... try the eclipse.birt newsgroup.
