I get this message when I try to run or debug as Java Application. I do
have a main method in the source showing in the editor pane. This is a new
problem with this application. I have been running this application from
the Eclipse Platform for several months.

How do I determine what the active editor is? Is there something else I am
missing?

I am using:

Eclipse Platform Version 2.1.3, Build ID 200403101828.

Thanks,

Dan H.

From the source code: *active editor* message you receive in 2.1.X when
you use "Run/Debug" when the focus is in the editor window.

Whan the focus is in the Navigator, you'll receive *selection* in the
message.
