Sorry if this is a FAQ - this is the first time I've used this newsgroup and
I can't see a related post in the first 300 or so posts.

I'm writing an Applet using 1.1 compliant source that I can happily debug in
the Eclipse Applet Debug mode (using AppletViewer). However, I need to be
able to debug the same Applet when running inside a html page launched in IE
using the Microsoft VM (this is not my first choice of production
environment you understand, but unfortunately a requirement for this project
;-)

I can attach to a Sun VM running the Applet in Explorer using remote
debugging and I wondered if there was a similar approach to doing this for
the MS JVM.

This is one of the main hang up points stopping my client from using Eclipse
as their IDE instead of MS VJ++ (gasp! I know!) and they have mentioned
other companies that have the same reservations.

Thanks in advance,

A
