If you haven't already done so, I strongly suggest reading the "Project
configuration tutorial" that is found under Java Development User Guide.
That should give you all the knowledge you need to set up your
project(s) in Eclipse.

If you still have specific questions, of course posting them here will
usually garner useful specific advice.
