I am very impressed with Eclipse. Thank you.
I am looking at suggesting folks on a team I am responsible for use
Eclipse. We will also be using subversion, rather than CVS.
I know that Eclipse has very powerful integration with CVS.
For subversion, do we need to do all source control interactions outside
of Eclipse?
(I do note that there seem to be some third party subversion plugins,
but I am having some trouble determining their status and degree of
integration. And since I don't yet have subversion installed myself, it
is a little hard to test.)
Thank you,
Joel M. Halpern

eclipse itself does not support subversion out of the box, but you can use
the excellent (imho) plugin from http://subclipse.tigris.org/
never had a single problem on my installation.
hope this helps,
