Installing BIRT 2.1 RC0 Report Designer [message #155411]

Hello, every body.
I tried to install BIRT 2.1 RC0 and there is no Business Intelligence and
Reporting Tools when I create the new project. I think the configuration is
invalid. Who can tell me how to installing ?

My configuration and environment is
- Windows XP SP2
- J2SE 1.4.2_11-b06
- eclipse-SDK-3.2RC1-win32.zip
- GEF-ALL-3.2M6.zip
- emf-sdo-xsd-SDK-2.2.0RC1.zip
- birt-report-framework-2.1RC0.zip
- itext-1.3.jar -->
C:\eclipse\plugins\com.lowagie.itext_1.3.0.N20060415-1243\li b
- prototype.js 1.4.0 -->
C:\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer_2.1.0.N200 60415-1243\birt\ajax\lib
- postgresql-8.1-404.jdbc2ee.jar -->
C:\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc_2.1 .0.N20060415-1243\drivers

I have the same problem only difference that I have tried with BIRT 2.1 RC1.
Probably we have to file the bug?

Report Designer download doesn't has files and folders in plugins folder
such as:

org.eclipse.birt.sdk_2.1.0.N20060415-1243.jar

everything starting from:
org.eclipse.datatools

all those files and folders you can get from:
Report Designer Full Eclipse Install
After you copy above files and folders report designer perspective will work
fine.
