Environment: eclipse3.1 + CDT 3.0 + JDK 1.5.0_04

I just write a very simple managed C project--HelloWorld, when compiled,
there is 1 message appeared in the Problem panel:
File not indexed because it was not build!

what's wrong I have made, and how can I remove this message!?

BTW, when compile in the eclipse3.0 + CDT 2.1 environment, no such message
appears.

That seems weird. This message is usually only seen with standard make
projects (and even then I don't like it). Please raise a bug.

Thanks,
