My best guess is that there is a logical error in you ocl statement (and
that your setup is correct) - maybee you could post the ocl?

Perhaps because you generate a RCP application code, in RCP, the live
validation don´t work, and you have to press the menu Validate button, it
show to you a icon in your figure that they don´t validate.
It work well if it is a non-RCP application.

Also, you can do live validation manually, change the diagram code and
introding MessageDialog.operError(....).

hi guys,
thanx for your fast answers. but it was not yet the right thing i needed ;)
I am working with the Mindmap example at the moment, because my thougt was
"i dont need to create my own olc-statements, if the examples do not work".
so i hope the OLC constraints they used in the exampe are correct.
Also i use not an RCP application.
I tried to set the Validation Provider priority to medium, high etc. Nothing
happened. Where

I had the same problem as you.
Try adding the 'EMF Validation Framework OCL Integration' plugin from the
Europa Discovery Site. That solved my problem! :)

Johan
