i'm new to eclipse and i'm using it with tapestry and tomcat.
i'm trying to set eclipse up for debugging application running on
localhost.

in tomcat i have done:
set JPDA_ADDRESS=8000
set JPDA_TRANSPORT=dt_socket
catalina jpda start

i get the correct screen prompts.

then in eclipse -"Remote Java Application" debug, i set connection
properties as
Host: localhost
Port: 8000

but i'm getting an error message= "Failed to connect to remote VM.
Connection refused"
