Problems with the tutorials deserve to have bugs opened [1] about
them. I can't say what is the perfect venue for discussing user
problems as there are wildly varying opinions on forum-like
interfaces, but this newsgroup is currently the designated place
those kinds of discussions. The unofficial Eclipse IRC channel [2]
does have some WTP-related questions asked now and then, and while
I'm almost always "lurking" there, the fact is that more people will
see and be able to respond to a newsgroup posting over time than are
likely to be in an IRC channel when you ask a question.
