Hello everybody,

now that i finally got my webservice to work, i'm curious if you can set
the scope of the Webservice in WTP. As I found out a service in Axis can
have a scope parameter, which can be e.g.: session or application. I want
to have only a singleton instance of my webservice (cause i only use it to
fake a full J2EE application behind for a student project). Or is there an
other quick and dirty way to have a class running all the time in the
background which holds persitent data for the time the server runs?

Hope i could explain myself. Thanks in advance for any help.
