Eclipse User

Im very new to eclipse. We work with Progress and Progress made the new
IDE (OE10 Architect) in Eclipse. Look great at first sight but working
with it i get more and more difficulties.
Are there more Progress Eclipse users here?

I amde an external tool dat asks for a folder prompt. It takes a while
bofore the folders are shown in this dialog and again very slow when a
subdir is choosed. What can i do about that?
