I think that GMF doesn't support printing on Mac, but only on Windows.

confirmed here on Linux (Ubuntu 7.04)
fresh install with latest Europa released drivers
Printing is working fine from other regular editors, just not the
Ecore Diagram editor.

Yes, printing is currently windows only.
