pdf can't be generated in tomcat-5.5.15! [message #138731]

I have post some message that I can't generate the PDF in my web
application.

I have find the reason,because of tomcat-5.5.15.
My environment is:
1.apache-tomcat-5.5.15
2.JDK 1.5.0_06
3.Birt 2.0.0 or Birt 2.0.1

I don't know if this is a Bug .
