Hi,

If I wish to present a message bo directly from a plugin (i.e., I wish
to report some information during plugin initialization, or report a
problem), what is the recommended way to get a Shell reference from a
plugin?

getWorkbench().getActiveWorkbenchWindow() can return a null, so we're
not supposed to use it. What are my other options?
