I am not sure if this is the best place to post this question, but as a
newcomer to eclipse I ficured I would start here.

I have installed Eclipse 3.1.2 along with the HP OpenView Plug-in for
VoiceXML.

When Validating code using the HP OpenView Plug-in, the following error
occurs:

First Element Error: java.io.FileInputStream\vc-5.0\vobs_vc\.... (The
system cannot find the path specified).

I have spoken with HP and they believe it is an Eclipse error with not
finding the file.

The project is connected to a network drive (V:) through Rational
ClearCase and I believe this is the issue. Is there something in Eclipse
that I need to set for the system to provide the absolute path to the
file? Or is this an HP Plug-in issue that I need to follow up with them?

Thank you,
Collette
