you have a mixture of levels. You have JEM 1.1.0 and JEM 1.2.1 all
together. You have a mixture of old levels of EMF and newer levels of
EMF all installed and active.

Start with a clean installation of just the latest drivers. Use Eclipse
SDK 3.1.2, and then use Update Manager and the Callisto update site to
get VE and its pre-reqs.
