Shilpa, the path is "/home/webtools". The source of most confusion
is that the organization of components and plugins isn't flat like
it is in "/home/eclipse".

If you go to the CVS Repositories view and choose "New|Repository
Location..." from the context menu, copy and paste this through your
clipboard and you should be good to go:

:pserver:anonymous@dev.eclipse.org:/home/webtools
