Hi,
Relative URI "XMLSchema.dtd"; can not be resolved without a base URI.
I got this problem again. Does anyone know what the reason?

Hi Andy,

Some changes were and will be made to the URI resolution framework. Please
open a bug descibing your scenario in which this problem occurs (attach
relevant files if you can) so your scenario can be included in the URI
resolution framework changes.
