Yes, that site is up and down at its own will. I think it'll come back up,
if you're just patient enough.

In any case, www.eclipse.org/gef should have lots of stuff to get you
started. The articles section has some tutorials. The GEF redbook will
give some more detailed information:

You can also check out the draw2d and GEF examples in the CVS repository.
