Noticed that all of my CVS files have outgoing changes but I just checked
them out fresh from the CVS command line. Turns out that you have to
team->update to update internal Eclipse version control status if you doing
an initial checkout from command line CVS. Does seem a bit wierd although
the update is very fast since it's all fresh.

First of all one shouldn't mix eclipse cvs with command line cvs. It's a
source of many problems.

Second, having all files marked updated is a common phenomenon with CVS
especially if system clocks were adjusted...
