I have the Eclipse SDK 3.1.2 installed and I recently installed the VE
(the SDK). The help files are showing up correctly, but after I restarted
eclipse with -clean "Visual Class" is not an option under file -> new, nor
is Visual Editor an option under open with.
All the correct listings are present under "feature details"
Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

Exactly what versions of VE, EMF, and GEF did you install?
