For Upgrading from Eclipse 3.1 to 3.1.1 using update manager
See http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/platform-releng/updatesfor3.1 .1.html
Normaly you can use update manager from say 3.1.0 to 3.1.1 using update
manager.
But going from 3.0 to 3.1.1 you have to download a new install to clean
subdirectory.
It is documented at eclipse.org somewhere. I just read about this at
http://eclipsewiki.editme.com. Sorry at sure where.
