There is other documentation out on the Internet. Just google for
"Installing Eclipse on Linux"

I am on windows. Should be the same.

Make sure you have Java installed.
Download unzip and create a .Eclipse command to execute the Eclipse.exe

That plugin is just as easy into install. You can use Eclipse's update
manager. Here is some information
