| Headless web service with RAP? [message #121128] | Tue, 10 February 2009 12:51 | |
| Eclipse User | | | | | I'm new to RAP, and I was wondering whether it is possible to set up an RAP app to provide headless web services (SOAP). We plan on having a UI
(the app we are migrating is RCP, hence the interest in RAP), but it's
more important to be able to automatically get/provide data from other web
services at this point. Is it possible to use RAP in this way, or should
 I stick with Eclipse WTP?

 Thanks-
 Seth

| Eclipse User | | | | | Hi Seth, from my point of view this should be possible. Java is used on the server
site. So you should be able to communicate with any webservice.
