Hi,

sorry for the late response, anyway if you are still monitoring the
newsgroup, you can take a look in the TPTP CVS for the junit test cases for
log import and log analysis.
The CVS connection info is the following:
host: dev.eclipse.org
repository path: /cvsroot/tptp
module: test-results/monitor/org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.tests

The log import APIs are tested in:
org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.tests\src\org\eclipse\tptp\monit oring\log\tests\ImportAPITests.java.
For examples on how to use the log analysis APIs look into:
org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.tests\src\org\eclipse\tptp\platf orm\analysis\tests\Analysis.java
These are APIs that you can call in any Equinox OSGI runtime environment.
