I can't find an example of using a scripted data set for a Chart. Does
one exist?

Has anyone used a scripted data set with a Chart? If so, can you share
details? My charts are not working correctly and I don't see why.

I also get some strange errors when editing the chart that seem to be
related to my data set that it is bound to:

save in error

Please check bugzilla https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=124721 .
This looks very similar to your problem.

No there is no scripted dataset example available for chart. We'll try to
add one.

Thanks,

David

Is it possible to get any example now? You must have used scripted data
set at some time for Chart testing... Doesn't have to be "documented"

Hi Mark,

I have an old example, I think it should be updated, but there you are.

Thanks,

David

I got it now...I had not - it was filtered out. I got with my local
support they let it through.

Thanks a lot for following up - companies have gotten so focused on
getting rid of spam and keeping viruses out that unfortunately it is
sometimes difficult to get the real work done!
