If you consider eclipse for solely jsp editing and would like to get
fancy designer and such then no. There is no GOOD tools out there. (At
least not to my knowledge.. but I would be more than glad to be corrected).

Ofcourse if you would like to develop J2EE applications and jsps are
just minor concern then I would recommend spending $29 on MyEclipse.
There is even designer for htmls and jsps but it fails with more
complicated cases. It supports tags completion pretty well.
There is also free lomboz.
I don't know anything about Eclipse's WTP as I do not use it.

The Eclipse WTP project is decent. There are a few quirks, but it is
quite usable, and far better than anything else I've tried, particularly
if you are using a 1.5 version of Java, which allows you to debug the
..jsp itself (single-step, etc).

Remove the ns_ from if replying by e-mail (but keep posts in the
newsgroups if possible).
