Hi:

I've looked hi and lo and just can't find a plug in or a jar file for
JFaces.

I even downloaded & installed *everything* in the Eclipse plug-in updater
from eclipse.org.
Still when I look in plugins I don't see:
eclipse.org.jface . . .

Where can I find JFace.jar or is it now obsolete or what?

You can get it here:
eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.jface_3.0.0

Thanks. I installed 3.1.1 and I swear JFace wasn't in there anywhere.
Neither was core.

I deleted the whole Eclipse folder, downloaded it again from the site,
extracted it and ran it.
I updated using the plugin updater in Help.
Whalla, it's there <scratch, scratch>

In Eclipse 3.1 or newer, the JAR file has a different name. In Eclipse
3.1 the JAR file is called "org.eclipse.jface_3.1.0.jar".
