Cahaya,

No, the VE does not include additional tooling to support databases or
building reports. However other Eclipse projects do aid this sort of
work if you are planning on creating an RCP application - the Datatools
project (http://www.eclipse.org/datatools/) for working with databases,
and Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools project
(http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/) for creating reports.
